Descriptif du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable du pôle Partenariat du groupe, tu seras en relation avec notre réseau de partenaires en France et à l’étranger et auras pour principales missions :

  • Recrutement de nouveaux affiliés : développer notre réseau de partenaires en France et à l’international
  • Analyse & Reporting : élaborer des tableaux de bord et reportings permettant d’émettre des recommandations
  • Mettre en œuvre ton expertise webmarketing pour accompagner au mieux ton réseau de partenaires dans la compréhension de nos offres, le suivi et l’optimisation de leurs campagnes (conseil en fonction des opportunités que tu auras détectées, formation à nos outils,…)
  • Participer aux événements de networking : salons, plénières, soirées, petits-déj, etc. pour maintenir des relations fortes avec nos éditeurs et accroitre notre réseau

Profil recherché

  • Formation Ecole de Commerce et/ou de Marketing Bac+4/5.
  • Connaissance en webmarketing et/ ou des techniques de la publicité en ligne – une première expérience dans le secteur du digital serait appréciée
  • Doté(e) d’un bon sens du relationnel, tu as de bonnes capacités de négociation
  • Doté(e) d’un fort esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, tu sais identifier les problèmes et proposer des solutions
  • Tu es curieux et apprécie le travail en équipe
  • Tu parles couramment anglais, la maitrise d’une autre langue est un plus
  • Tu es à l’aise avec Excel

Advertisers relationships:

  • Optimizing performance programs: launching programs, following the action plan, formulating proposals to reach the goals, realizing deals with strong added value, doing operational recovery and report
  • Ensuring the expectations of growth and production goals for each client portfolio
  • Managing the advertisers’ relationships, analyzing results and ensuring customer satisfaction

Publishers relationships:

  • Managing the prospection of new publishers
  • Managing the publishers’ relationships: management of advertising campaigns, advice, negotiation, the loyalty of the top publishers, invoices

Other missions:

  • The growth of overall portfolio through new partners
  • Development of his network of contacts in order to optimize publishers and clients loyalty
  • Attending events: trade shows, evening workshops, breakfast…

Under the responsibility of the Head of Technical Support group, the Technical Support/Webdeveloper will be in charge of :

  • Set up the technical and tracking tools allowing the launch and follow up of the Marketing campaigns
  • Analyse the problems and incidents
  • Search and imagine the adapted technical solutions, in the shortest time possible
  • Drive the implementation of the chosen solution and/or assist the client in this process.
  • Inform and/or train the client technical team about the tracking mechanisms
  • Share with the internal technical and sales services all the information collected allowing to improve the quality of our tools and client satisfaction.
  • Remain constantly informed about the company tools evolution, and those of the competition

You will also be in charge of developing new tools in order to optimise the technical support efficiency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A SKILLED AND ATTENTIVE TALENT WITH…

  • More than an IT career, you are passionate by the web and wish to orient your career toward this area.
  • You have a good knowledge of Web marketing and/or online advertising – a first experience in the digital area would be appreciated.
  • A first experience in Google Analytics and development (HTML, PHP, Javascript, ASP,) would be an asset.
  • With a strong analysis and synthesis spirit, you know how to identify problems and find solutions.
  • You are curious and team-oriented.
  • You speak a fluent English, and master French and Portuguese.
  • You feel comfortable with remote work
